Take your training to the highest level of accountability and attention with one-on-one training with the trainer of your choice. SWEAT Individualized Fitness offers packages for single member or buddy training. The more you buy in bulk, the better the discount. Packages can be combined with group training if you prefer and scheduling is flexible. Get results with effective workouts and accountability second to none.

Private training is great for all ages and fitness levels. SWEAT Individualized Fitness also specializes in sport-specific training so athletes can take their skill to the next level in their sport. Members will learn how to workout properly without having to figure it out on their own. Workouts are both safe and effective and can be either 30 minutes or 60 minutes in length. Our SWEAT Individualized Fitness certified personal trainers will help with unique requirements, modifications and goal setting.
