SWEAT Individualized Fitness is happy to announce our new Partnership with Next Step Meal Prep! Order directly through our website and pick-up your meals every week at SWEAT Individualized Fitness. Pre-order ahead of time and pay online.

You have a choice of 3, 6 or 12 meals each week. Cost is $22.50 for 3 meals, $45.00 for 6 meals, and $90.00 for 12 meals. Once you make payment online, you will need to email your menu choices to Your Next Step Meal Prep meals will be delivered to SWEAT Individualized Fitness Sunday evening and ready for pick-up the following Monday!

This Week’s Menu

For January 27th delivery

Jerk Chicken
shredded chicken seasoned with our house jerk rub, over penne pasta with asparagus, topped with our jerk cream sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Chicken Taco
southwest roasted chicken breast with corn and black bean salsa, brown rice, corn tortilla, and our house spicy aioli.

Low Carb Steak 
marinated tri-tip steak with a chipolte bbq sauce, over spinach, with mixed green vegetables. ($1 extra)

Cilantro Jalapeno Power Bowl

lean ground turkey marinated and cooked with cilantro and jalapeno over brown rice, edamame, and bell pepper.

Breakfast Burrito
scrambled eggs with lean tri tip steak, red potatoes, bell pepper, and spinach.

Vanilla Proats
Overnight oats in almond milk with vanilla whey, almonds,  chia seeds, cocoa, coconut flakes and honey. (450 calories/35 grams of protein/34g of carbs/8g of fat)

Southwest Stuffed Sweet Potato

halved sweet potato, stuffed with corn black bean salsa, jalapeno, with cilantro & garlic.

Pesto Pasta

penne pasta over spinach with our house vegan pesto sauce topped with sun dried tomatoes.

Quinoa Salad

Quinoa tossed with kale, sweet potato, almonds, and cranberries.

Orders must be placed via email to by Friday morning at 10:00.

Your meals will be ready to pick-up at SWEAT on Monday morning.

Next Step Meal Prep changes their menu every two weeks to offer you a variety of meal choices.

Yes! Meals are made to last approximately 5 days in a refrigerator. If you are ordering meals for 6 or 7 days we recommend that you freeze the meals that will be eaten on the 6th and 7th day.

Many meals are gluten-free, with exception of pasta dishes and sauces. Please email us if you have any questions regarding gluten-free items.

We currently do not offer vegan or vegetarian meals, but we are always looking for ways to better service our members.
