Freshly-made meals you can pick-up each week at SWEAT

During COVID-19, SWEAT Individualized Fitness will continue to offer Next Step Meal Prep meals each week. Order directly through our website by Friday at 10:00 a.m., and pick-up your meals every week at SWEAT Individualized Fitness.

You have a choice of 3, 6 or 12 meals each week. Cost is $22.50 for 3 meals, $45.00 for 6 meals, and $90.00 for 12 meals. Once you make payment online, you will need to email your menu choices to theresa@sweatchallenge.com. Your Next Step Meal Prep meals will be delivered to SWEAT Individualized Fitness Sunday evening and ready for pick-up the following Monday!

For July 6th delivery

Southwest Chicken   
Seasoned chicken breast with brown rice, corn and black bean salsa with lime.

Low Carb Chicken Pesto 
Diced chicken topped with pesto, and a side of zucchini topped with parmesan cheese.

Turkey Spaghetti
Seasoned lean ground turkey in our house tomato sauce over pasta and spinach.

Salmon Stir Fry (+$2)
Salmon with our fried rice, veggies and topped with green onion and our house kung poa sauce.

Chocolate Proats 
Rolled oats in almond milk with cocoa and chelate whey, chocolate chips, coconut cinnamon and honey.

Thai Peanut Bowl
Chickpeas, brown rice, cabbage, carrots, and thai peanut sauce.

Loaded Veggie Stir Fry

Oats in almond milk with almonds, cranberries, chia seeds, honey and pea protein.

With their Chef’s culinary background, they bring a unique flavor to helping you achieve your goals, whether it be losing weight, gaining muscle, or simply looking for a healthier way of eating.

Next Step Meal Prep meals are not only healthy and fresh, but they raise the bar for modern day meal prep by incorporating new and exciting flavors. They offer a preset menu as well as customization options.

Your meals will be ready to pick-up at SWEAT on Monday morning.

Next Step Meal Prep changes their menu every two weeks to offer you a variety of meal choices.

Yes! Meals are made to last approximately 5 days in a refrigerator. If you are ordering meals for 6 or 7 days we recommend that you freeze the meals that will be eaten on the 6th and 7th day.

Many meals are gluten-free, with exception of pasta dishes and sauces. Please email us if you have any questions regarding gluten-free items.

We currently do not offer vegan or vegetarian meals, but we are always looking for ways to better service our members.
